How long does the lesson take?
30 or 50 minutes lessons (before your work hours, during lunch break etc.)What are the costs related?
Testing lesson for free. Individual lesson: 600CZK/hour, group lessons - according to number of people and mutual agreement.
How to order?

What do you need?
Just a yoga/pilates mat and space for this mat in your office or meeting room. Comfortable sports clothing.
